Pandaria not working

I have been downloading the game for few days and then when the download was at 90% I was playing it a bit till got to 100% then I tried to play it after it finished downloading it give me a message telling me "Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910" So Idk how to fix that please

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".

I have other problem. Any time i try tu log in from pc or download client, it shows me white screen and message - " error, an invalid reques has been made"
