WotLK Somebody please help me

Every now and then or when i try in turn in or grab quest, sometimes from even areas in the world, ill get this message https://gyazo.com/78cacd5c8cbf940707d1844fa545daba ( it's a gyzo link because i couldnt copy and paste the text ). Which leads my game to crashing, its very frustrating and makes me super sad because i dont know what to do to fix it. neither does my friend, which knows much more than i do about wow.

i just uninstalled it and reinstalling it now, i had no addons though :(. though i had downloaded the game itself from wow mania and then swited to warmane
