Hi I turned in the incorrect kara quest and it gave me the spell power ring is there any way i can get that subbed out for the tank ring?

I was under attack so i kinda just spam clicked things and i got the wrong ring :(

Barring solving this via a ticket and GM issue, you can also just bide your time grinding rep to exalted with Violet Eye. Once you receive the exalted ring, they open a repeatable quest to exchange the ring for another version, I believe costing 50g.
