Burning Crusade Banned for unknown reasons

Hi mods,
Today when i tried to enter the game i found a message saying that my account was banned. And when i tried to open my warmane.com account i found out that my IP was banned for Advertising.
Honestly i did no advertising at all and i see no logical or real reason for my ban.
It might be confusing for me to be banned since i did no offense to anyone and did not have any plan for advertise in here or anywhere else.
Will you please have enough kindness to solve this issue the sooner as possible.

thank you. I find myself unable to start any ticket because, once again, my IP was banned that is why i tried to post to the warmane info section.
I wish this issue will be solved the sooner.

i just noticed that ther is a big issue in here:

If you carefully read the thread that was linked, you might find out that you have to send an email to [email protected] in such cases. Moderators can't help you. Your account is banned because someone else has accessed it and used it for advertising. Change your password and consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I posted here to get more information on how to solve the issue and yes i sent an email to [email protected] and i m waiting for a reply. Concerning using my account somewhere else to start something like advertising everything can happen since nobody is far from being a victim of a hack. In what concerns changing my password and enable 2 steps identification, i will do it as soon as i get my account into work again.
