I made a spreadsheet of all the dungeon/raiding content and colored them by ilevel tier completely arbitrarily.
I am a fresh 80 with 4 other fresh 80s around 1.5k gs. I had a lot of recommendations to spam HC RDF but clearly I can't do that. I am interested in playing only with my friends and not interested in getting carried by other guilds.
What is the most efficient way to gear up to ICC? Is there an order of dungeons I should do or should I just do all the i187s once, then all the i200s once, etc.?

First, farm gold and buy all the boe items for your class, the crafted ones and the ones that drop from ICC. Which ever you feel like will serve you better. You can literally make 3k gold if you farm for less than 2 hours. One of the simplest ways to farm gold is by doing all the Northern quests. This is combined with the loot you get during questing and how you use it to profit gold.
Next,
spam normal FoS / PoS + do it heroic + do some ToC normal and heroic for certain gear. That ofcourse if you and your friends are capable of doing those. You would have to fly to those dungeons yourself since RDF won't que you probably.
If you managed to get gear from FoS/PoS + crafted ones. You should be able to que RDF heroic at that point and get some epic pieces with emblems.
