Battered hilt bug or wat ?

I have a strange "bug" or sth tbh .
I did quests to The Purification of Quel'Delar
When i teleport to Sunwell there are all "bad guys" and im in boss bubble so i cant go to sunwell to finish quest.
Anyone had same problem or im some kind of "special snowflake" and I need to msg a gm to help me?
Anything or any solution to work it out will be appreciated

Did you talk to the guard to get into the instance or did you just walk in?

It's not bugged, it works just fine, you just don't know how to do it.
