[ANSWERED] Question about in game rules

Hey so I was just reading through the rules just because and I came across this piece of information that was listed as a minor infraction against the rules.

"Powerleveling (to bring a low level char to a high level zone to rush its leveling)"

Can I get a little more elaboration on what this means? I am going to assume it means more than just simply going to a slightly higher level area that you can manage in order to get higher xp rewards from quests. I'm also going to assume it doesn't mean being run through dungeons by higher level characters to gain xp and get gear (since that would actually facilitate social interaction which, you know, is kind of the point of an mmo).

I am going to assume this means altering game files to allow your character to accept quests they otherwise would be too low to accept, and then have a higher level help them complete said quests. If this is the case, maybe some more clarification in the official game rules are in order. Either way it would be great to have some insight on this one!

It is referring to an unusual power leveling technique that does not resemble the normal one. You are allowed to help your character do quests and gain experience.

Power leveling is just a thing we use to note down another technique, unusual and unknown to most, which is exploiting.
