Just bought this, it removes all my hit in real time but not on paper doll, and lowers my crit chance by 20% instead of raising it, in real time and on paper doll.

I cannot submit a ticket, it keeps telling me I have illegal characters?

I would like a refund or replacement along with the 460 gold I spent to scope it and gem it.
