No. I've suggested that about a month ago but they didn't seem to be lot interested.

    Why? fkjsdhkjfdhgkjdf
    Leftover coins. I can’t do anyrhing with less than 10 coins but I could get two/three entry-level items with points(assuming it’s 1:7/8/9).

why on earth would they give you that many points per coin? You realize the services which are the main draw of the points are priced exactly the same as they are in coins, right? If this were a feature, it would be a 1:1 conversion

They wouldn't shoot themselves in the foot.

You’re absolutely right - adjustments would need to be made for services to increase the cost of points. Why? Because people would need very Long time to collect points for race change and it would be easier for them to donate $5/10 and do it.

Same rule as with Shadowmourne or any other really rare drop - you can obtain it, but it’s way easier to find money and get it instantly.

Warmane sure wants everyone to donate and this is one of the ways to increase number of donuts or to boost donations by few percent while not making many people unhappy.

By your logic shouldn't the coin cost of the items you intend to buy with points should be massively lowered? Because yes, everything available for points is also for sale for coins. Look up the coin prices of the items you want to buy for points and realize how whiney this thread would comes off if you suggested this (and you'd basically have to for such a conversion rate to be sane): 'Wah wah I want more stuff than my 10 coins are worth. Lower the prices of stuff so I can afford more of it.'

It'd be like if I asked "when can I trade my gold in for a shadowmourne at an in-game npc? oh and also make it cost only 70k gold ty ive got this leftover gold sitting around so..."

The principle in both scenarios is identical. Gold plays the role of coins and shadowmourne that of points. In summation "give me more **** than i can otherwise afford with the current arrangement."

That all being said, you can go ahead and get an ilvl 200 blue item which is the actual non-inflated-to-ridiculous-levels value of your 10 coins, but personally I'd be looking at the super simian sphere cause it's a fun trinky.

Why would it be lowered? I am talking about gear that's not a game-changer or that's really important but it can get the character going either for BG's or Raids.
Furious Weapon is 19 coins - oh really, who sane would give 19 coins for Furious weapon when Wrathful/PVE is 3/4 coins more? NOBODY, meaning it's useless now how it is.
For example, wouldn't it make sense to convert 10 coins into, let's say 50 points and buy 3 furious items or any PVE equivalent if you're gearing for PvE? That makes perfect sense for me.

Edit: Instead of trying to find flaws in suggestions (and I'm not saying there are not any), try to make it work as this would be an improvement not only to me, or you but for everyone. You will always have a chance to do whatever you want with your coins it would just make them more useful.

never have been able to and doubt you ever will. the 2 are completely seperate, and should be imo. points are a reward for actual time spent in game playing the game. not how big your bank account is.

No, you can't have like 6-7x what your coins are worth, no matter how much you beg.
