How you doing?

Some players bought my trade goods (few stacks of Dense Stone, and maybe something else). and 'sale pending' mails came, but it lasted longer than it supposed to. Then everything is disappeared.

Please investigate on this matter. (I only saw 'ban appeal' on personal support. I'm not sure if I can write here, but I couldn't find anywhere else to)
