hi there, i just came back here from retail servers and i found out my old account is gonne, i still remember my old email and account name.
is there a option to recover or salvage something of it? i am a multi donation account.

Molten got their database stolen in 2015 if I remember correctly.

Therefore since you didn't ask in the time to recover your characters, you have indeed lost your characters.

Characters from before December 29th are gone. No GM will restore it.
We cannot restore them either as our database got stolen. The period for compensations with Coins and Points ended in June.
And to retrieve accounts in August.
