Okay, so I have made several threads about this BS in the very short time on this server and quite frankly this is getting out of hand. There's no way that this problem magically just started happening because I can dig through these forums back a year and see this was an issue.

Question: What is the staffs plan to combat the issue in Random Heroics for "Kick Me." Take today for example. I have been in que for a total of two hours for Specific Heroic Halls of Reflection and Heroic Pit of Saron. 5 times I have found a group via the RDF and 5 times as soon as we load in a tank or healer goes "I don't want to run this place. Kick Me." They will then proceed to go AFK or teleport out of the dungeon until they're kicked. This is beyond ridiculous and some type of example/statement needs to be made.

Report Tickets take an entire day to be reviewed and for every person I report there are 4 - 6 more that I cannot report until a later day. This isn't a small issue, it's a massive one. Sure they may get banned for 3-5 days for "Disrupting Game Play" but on this server most people simply have other accounts they can login on and play those - So they really don't seem to care. I had a case yesterday that when I even told the healer I was going to report him, he said:

"Go ahead the staff on this server don't care and don't do anything anyway. I que for about 10 dungeons a day before getting one I want to do and if I don't want to do it I don't. Even if you don't kick me I'll simply teleport out and alt tab to another account/game until you do kick me or someone leaves."

So I ask, please, what is the plan of action?

The only way to combat such behavior is to report the individual, please take screenshots and submit all that to the in-game ticket.
