[ANSWERED] dropping for Gadget/BootyBay/Ratchet while in Stormwind

Not sure where else to post this, but opening a ticket in game doesn't promise that I'll be on when you eventually read my ticket -

I've been leveling my fishing for the better part of today while in Stormwind, and randomly out of nowhere, my reputation will drop for the Goblin factions even though I'm nowhere near there. At this rate I'm going to be at war with all three cities and that's a massive inconvenience. Can someone explain what's going on?
