Site Can't use marketplace

Hey folks, I seem to be running into a problem these last few days.
I put up a character for sale a couple of days ago, now I cant use the marketplace anymore.
I can't buy/sell characters or buy/sell items :(
I can select the realm, the characeter, and what i want to do, Trade items or Trade characeters, but I can't select Buy or Sell, that option simply isnt there...
Can someone help? I want to pull my character off the trade since I don't want to sell him anymore and I want to use vote points for items but I also cant :(

I don't think you can pull a character, you have to wait until the sale ends.

I'm 100% sure you can, since I've done it a couple of times, but thanks for the reply anyway.
What my problem is I can't even use the item store, or the character trade system at all, I can;'t select buy or sell. thats the problem..
