[ANSWERED]Status text issue

Hi. I'm troubled by a very strange bug on the 2.4.3 server. I can't get regular status text on the HP of anyone but myself and my party members. I can only get a percentage. I've tried everything I could think of.

I've tried redownloading the game, that didn't work. I tried turning the settings off and on manually in the config file, that didn't work. I tried copying the config file from the WotLK server, that didn't work.

I can't stand not being able to tell how much HP other players or mobs or NPCs have, please help me.
