Does GM's not care about Lordaeron anymore?

    Hello

Wonder why there are so many broken quest's on lordaeron these days? Many has been broken for months now.

There is a quest called Words of Power in nothrend that leads to the last part that rewards some really nice weapons.

I made kindly a ticket to a GM and told him about the situation. The quest has been broken for atleast two months now. Also wrote that it has been reportet in the bugtracker. Asked him to complete the quest for me so I could continue to the last part. After almost two days of wating for a GM to respons. The only thing I got was like "Report in the bugtracker" Come on, already wrote it was in the bug tracker. (This has never been a problem before. I had many Gm's to solve broken quest's for me. It was maybe 2 years ago, when warmane made lots of money from donations on lordaeron)

Do you not care about helping ppl anymore? Just because they don't donate on lordaeron?

This is not an insult against the staff.. Im just curious.

    Kind regards

GMs never complete quests, unless it is a very specific case of class-quest to continue playing. So asking them to complete quests won't get your quests completed, bugged or not. The reason for that is that if they fixed it for you, it would stay bugged for others. You must report in the Bug Tracker for the Developers find out and fix the problem for everybody.

"I had many Gm's to solve broken quest's for me."
That never happened (unless the quest fell on the example I gave above).

First of all, do not call me a liar. I had normal chain quest's in Northrend solved by a GM by doing tickets ingame. And I know others has had luck with that aswell. Had that confirmed ingame. So dont hang me out as a liar. Maybe the interest has falling since lordaeron dosent make much profit anymore? AS I SAID, im not trying to insult anyone, I just wanna hear the current state, since many quest's has been broken for very long time now.

Lordaeron and Icecrown have the same quests broken, and Icecrown is their cash cow, so I don't think it's something against Lordaeron in particular.

I heard some GMs complete broken quests for you. The cases that I have heard about were about missing quests for Loremaster. But they aren't required to complete your quests and most of them don't do it. You probably just got a GM that doesn't do it this time.

So its all about luck of the player? I'm bringing this topíc to the Head GM and see if there are inconsistencies in the works. That's not supposed to happen.

Update: none of your characters have tickets with completed quests by any GM. You don't have an active level 80 on Lordaeron. Perhaps you are speaking of another account while posting with this one.

Yes it was on other accounts. I have had several accounts here. Havent been much active for the past years.

Why is that not suppose to happen when you have broken quest's? I can't see a problem that a GM solve the quest for you, when they are not working? That is just breaking good gameplay.

    Kind regards

gm's have better things to do than to complete every broken quest for every player that makes a ticket.

...like what? Helping players is literally their job.

When the quest doesn't prevent you from playing the game (example quests are Hunter pet quests, DK starting zone, etc), the GM team generally does not help with those because of the sheer volume of people they have to help who may have bigger issues than a quest that can be skipped. It's all about prioritizing their time.
