I decided to submit topic considering Staff work on Blackrock realm which has been nothing but a joke recently.
Whether Staff team finds this offensive or not, I have to state that some Staff members have been doing their work very unprofessionally and superficially.
I have a proof of one Staff member (whose name I won't reveal) leaving such a funny answer on my clearly stated Ticket.
There are many more proofs where Staff has been answering this way. Especially when reporting hackers.
There's one thing a GM has to know: if you want to make your server better, you'll appreciate player reports and make some actions like spying the reported hacker. I have made countless Tickets regarding one player hacking in Isle and until this day, that same player is still not banned, hacking willingly whenever he feels like it.
I've seen announcement on Icecrown encouraging players to donate so it can cover all the Staff's salaries and the rest. Excuse my rudeness but what exactly are you payed for? If you call this work and customer support, then I feel bad for all the players here.
You all should know that thanks to the players you're working here and thanks to the players this server is alive. Players should be a *number one* in your work. I didn't see any Events in ages and it's supposed to be a "Fun PvP realm".
Ya'all should know your place and your work. This is not a joke anymore, you guys have been slacking to the extent that players are leaving the server.
I think I've made myself clear and I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking this way. I'm asking the Staff what the hell are you doing here and what are you being payed for.
I'm playing here because I (still) like this server, so you are very welcome. I hope this will open your eyes, I'm telling this for the good of the server, not for the good of myself.
Go make a Staff meeting or something and sort it out..and get serious about your work already.
I am the one who answered your ticket, there is no need to censor my name. I've misunderstood it and I apologize, they have no use on Blackrock. As for other concerns, you need to be more specific. When you report a player via ticket we check it out, if the player is offline nothing we can do about it. When reporting certain players for wintrading etc, you can use MATCH id as a proof etc. Simply stating a player name with word hack won't help a lot. I understand your anger over 1 single ticket but you cannot provide that as a supreme proof. Provide some constructive criticism and ideas, a very well written rant is still a rant.
