WotLK Launcher always resetting settings

When I log out and go to reopen the game, it resets all my video/sound settings and asks me to Accept/Decline the ToS/EULA again. Anyone have any idea why? Didn't do this on my old PC.

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".

Thanks Skull, Yeah I never even thought to think about the Read-Only property. Duh. Appreciate your help!
