Technical Character Restoration (Bug Points)

Hello, today for mistake I deleted the wrong char on Blackrock and I can't restore it back for free (the time limit for free restore is 2 days) because it says
"You do not have enough points to purchase character restoration."

I did a test with my other account wich has more than 10 points and It worked good, I restored a random char just created. But on my main account, this one, I can't becuase I have 4 vote points so even if it should be free within 2 days, it doesn't work because I don't have enough points.

Now I need to remember to "vote" and get 10 points, and hope the char doesn't expire, meanwhile can you help me and fix this problem?

the Free restoration can be used just once per 7 days.

maybe you've already benefited of x1 Free restoration recently ?

Damn I didn't know this was once per 7 days. Yes I did use the service on blackrock on random chars, if only I could knew this thing before..

BTW Where did you read about the 7 days rule?
