Is this considered ninja looting?

I was kicked at the last boss of Hellfire ramparts after i called out healer in our RDF group that needed on the DPS mail pants and given them to his hunter friend. After last boss started i was removed from the group by vote kick.

Since voting shouldnt work during combat can this also be considered exploit?

Also if its reportable , what do i require if it happens to me again so i can help staff eliminate players with such toxic behaviour.

If the behavior in question you believe is unfair, please send a report along with any evidence of it that you have, in a ticket in-game so that a Game Master can decide whether to take action.

No. It is considered a problem with the system, not the fault of any player.

Screenshots are fine. Video recording is better, but not required. As mentioned above, if you feel you have been treated unfairly or inappropriately, you may report the behavior. It may not necessarily result in a Game Master taking action, but it never hurts to make a report if you don't know whether action will be taken.
