WotLK Sons of Hodir, unable to buy enchant

Im trying to ge the shoulder enchant from the sons of hodir. Im exalted with them 999/1000. I read that I should take the quest Forging Alliance to see Lillehof ;the vendor. I did so and indeed I see here now but I can not interact with her. As a matter of fact I can only attack her, she shows green however.
