Technical Your IP Address has been terminated due to Advertising

Hellou, i am really angry right now.. I got banned for something i never did and i cant even write a ticket. Where can i make a ban appeal? Anyone had similar problems and how did u fix it? i saw a few similar posts on forum but there was no answer.

Found that and i wrote an email on [email protected] since i dont have an option for ban appeal. i really dont know what is happening..and this is really a bad situation here. Can this have anything to do with internet provider changing IP adress or something? :S

Ok, so now i connected with my mobile hot spot and the IP adress is different, but im still banned whats with that :S

it has nothing to do with a internetprovider that changes your i.p. once in a while, my i.p. was changed a week ago, and i am fine
did you lately connected through a vpn?
have you logged in a fake warmane website?
have you got the 2 factor authentication from warmane installed?

It has everything to do with my internet provider.. i checked it now and fixed it with them. but my ban is still there and prolly will be for a few days until i get an answer on mail. i have never used a VPN, i did not logged in a fake warmane website and i have 2 factor authentication on 1 account and on other i dont.

the thing is that my internet provider has a single static IP adress (which is "static" for a week or two) which is routed from their lets call it "big router" which a lot of customers have. so i got banned becausee some ***** was advertising from the same IP adress that we actually share this week/day/few days w/e.

I understand warmane that this banning an ip adress is the only solution, but i dont want to get involved in that :S

strange... my i.p. gets changed once in a while and all i have to do is to enter my username, password and a few digit code that warmane sends to my email.
I never have been banned

You can still try logging in-game.

I logged in accidentally with VPN on and got persisting "ban" on website until support removed it. I was able to log to game after I realized to remove VPN.
