Stuck in death

Hello, I'm desperate to wait and I can't find a suitable topic for it, My character named Shaizuka on Icecrown is stuck being dead under the map and unable to find a spirit.

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

That instantly respawns you when you fall under map.
Make that into a macro if you play a class that frequently goes under textures, like warriors/rogue
