WotLK New to server. Would like to ask some random questions I could not find =)

List of questions.

1. Is all WOTLK content (dungeons/raids) released on the Icecrown server?

2. Is Multiboxing allowed?

3. Can't decide to play Tank or Healer : / Is there a shortage of healer or tanks on the Icecrown server?

4. I might be blind. But is there some server rules I can read?

5. Does the Icecrown server ever gets reset and you start from the "beginning" of the Wotlk expansion?

6. Any guilds who accept social players? =)
