Pandaria Why it always must be Pandaria?

Hi! So i have a little problem with pandaria. I can play on every expansion i wish but not on pandaria (normal and minimal). So, minimal "just dont work" so i left it and download normal - i played 1 time, and now when im pressing wow.exe button after few minuts window with "Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. What should i do?

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
