    My account has been banned by advertising

    Someone stole my account and made the infraction.
    I have 2 pictures, one of them from me talking on the chat, that my friend sent me, 20 minutes after disconnect. The other is from your website, where you can see where the last connection was made, and the USA appears, while Im from Spain. I didn do anything bad, please restore my account.

    I cant create a ticket because:
    Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
    The reason for the ban is Advertising.
