Technical Wotlk Latency issue

i experienced high Latency (lagged) in Wotlk server (Icecrown) and several DCs while my internet connection if fully functional and my ms at cmd (ping google.com) around 90-110 ms , is that only me ?! need solution plz thanks

I had the same problems and lag spikes and now, an hour 30mins later i cant even log in.

Same story, google ping 15ms, warmane.com ping 20ms, lags as hell, can't raid, only happens today.
