So I'm one of those people who have a separate account for my Horde and Alliance characters - both are premium. I know that's strange but I'm an organization freek...
Anyways, I went to login to my Alliance account this morning and got an error message saying that I typed in the wrong account or password information. I KNOW I used the correct password but just to avoid frustration, I submitted a password retrieval request. The email never came. I have tried every reset option available now and still, the email never came. I even have the dual authentification option setup on my account.
Is there any suggestion on what I can do to get this fixed at this point?
