Technical Suddenly occuring lag issues

Hello,

i've been playing multiple years on warmane servers and never had lag problems at all.

But since around 1 week i suffer high latency (around 300-600ms).

Strangely several trustworthy ping tests show me that i have around 50ms.

And my total internet doesnt feel to be slower - just playing on warmane.

I dont have a clue whats the problem and how to solve it, therefore i'd be happy for help :)

i have similar problem, usually i had 32-38ms generaly, now for several weeks now im having 80-200ms constantly...nothing helps it
