Site Verify email

Is the program to make accounts down? My friend is trying to join and it keeps telling him he cant get the email. He has made 2 new emails and still has the same problem.

It's an SMTP server and it's working fine for me. So it's must be your friend/s side issue.

I just had the same problem. I don't know if it will work for all, but all that I had to do was reboot my computer and the problem was fixed!
