BT PreQ.

Hello Staff,

I have problem Ive completed BT preQ quest https://imgur.com/a/jUuncrR with all steps needed. I just reloged and when I came to Akama https://imgur.com/a/c5uqFXb my quest looks as not completed. Dont know what happened, but I know one thing clear, that my guild wont go Alar once again since they are clearing BT content and going in TK is waste of time. Dont know whats wrong, but I'd be glad if this could be solved in my favor. I DID NOT abadon quest and retake it. I wrote ingame ticket, but it lasts 1 day unanswered, so I just writing here.

EDIT : Well I got reply from one of your members and this is it https://imgur.com/a/fbxNNHw. Now seriously ... I've not came here to laugh or have fun, but solve a srs problem. Dont know if few GM's have sentence to Copy + Paste everytime there is a some issue from player's side. I've provided a lot of proofs to you, so I dont know where is problem. This quest has been bugged for a half a year and now when it's fixed, other bugs appears. I didnt find GM's response any helpful. Im quite disappointed of this support. Dont find this offensive please, but where is a point of not to help players, which provides clear info about their problem, that is easy to solve from your side ?
