hello today comes on my lv 79 Hunter mail from "GM" in the letter was text "thank you for support project warname..." "there is little reward from GM team" in mail was 6 slot brown bag and COD for 2500 golds... i noticed that after i click on Yes...

sorry for my crappy english but is there any change to get my money back?
Btw i reported mail as spam

I also just had the same thing happen to me from a player named "Attentions" saying thanks for supporting our project and I got scammed 2500g. So we can't get reimbursed or refunded?

nope. they don't return anything lost due to scams. it's up to the player to pay attention and not get screwed.
