WotLK IP Banned?

Hi guys,

I play this server every now and again a couple months a year, but when I decided to scratch my warmane itch this time around, I noticed that it says my account is IP banned for gold theft, but my last login shows Germany.

I have never been to Germany, and in fact have never left or logged in, from outside of Canada.

It wont let me open a ticket because of said ban, so I'm wondering what I need to do to dispute it.
