When I access the server page and I am about to collect my points, the following message appears: "You do not have any points to collect."

I still do not understand why this message appears, ask several players and they told me that something similar happens to them.

I would appreciate an answer.

i think its because the servers are offline atm

If I'm not mistaken, you need to have at least 1k unique achievement points earned on your account ingame, to be able to collect the free points on the website.
