WotLK Stuck in Queue even after I donated

Hello, I had donated earlier this year and then took a break for a couple months or so. I had came back, following I switched my password since the wipe, and I still experience the waiting queue. I was wondering if I have to donate again or if something is wrong. Thanks in advance.
