Technical I cant set the resolution for the game

When i try to set the resoultion in the game this happens

and half of my screen becomes unplayable, if i dont change resolutions its kinda same so... i dont know what to do and i really would appreciate a help

Try altering the resolution at the log in screen, bottom right corner. Otherwise I would suggest checking the integrity of your WoW files. Are you running more than one instance of the game? Are you using a screen capture device or program?
