WotLK Wrong Server, too late now?

I didn't know much going in, and the Ice Crown server is always full when I try to play at 12 est. Is there a way I can move my characters or make a death knight in Lord?

Nope, you can't move characters between realms, and in order to make a DK on Lodaeron you need a lvl55 on that realm.
