I was playing today about 20 minutes ago and suddenly said that my password had expired, I went to gmail and changed the password, but when I entered again my characters were completely erased and the account reset for no reason! Help please!

Hi,
i have a similar problem, i stopped playing a year or so ago and today i discovored my 2 leevel 85 character on Neltharion were deleted. I have no clue why this happened as other characters on other realms are still there.

Characters don't just disappear. Someone might have logged on your account and deleted them. Consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Check Services > Chracter Restoration. If they show up there, you should be able to restore 1 character for free within 24 hours of deleting it. Other characters have to be restored using points or coins within 30 days after deleting them.
During last year there hasn't been anything that would delete inactive max level characters. You can also check character restoration in services but they are most likely not there anymore. You can try to make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected] but I don't know if they will be able to help you.
