Cataclysm Accounts retrieval

Hi guys, I have a real problem trying to get 2 of my accounts back.
First trying to log in after a month of not playing and a message occurs: "The password has expired, a new password have been sent to your mailbox", but no mail received. I've tried to reset the password for both accounts but no matter how many times I try to do it, I get no password change mail and so...can't change the password and acces the accounts. I've tried it for 3 days in a row now.

It usually takes long to fix this kind of problem? I mean...they only have to reply to my mail with a password change link.
