Burning Crusade Banned after hack, can't open ticket

Hell guys,
Two days ago my account got hacked by someone impersonating a GM. I recovered my password and secured it in 10 minutes. But later I found that I was banned and my IP was also banned.

I am trying to reach admins or staff to resolve this issue but they keep deleting my posts on forum and ignore my messages, and I cannot open a ticket on website because there is a ban on my IP as well (which is funny because the reason is for advertising and I did not advertise anything).

So what should I do? Can anyone help or make suggestions about the best course of action? So far the staff/GMs are not helping at all.

Dude you don't understand, I cannot even open a ticket because they also banned my IP. (For something I did not do!) I tried to email admins but noone is responding. Welp, we'll see..
