WotLK Can't see enemy debuffs

Hello,

Since the first day i installed Wotlk warmane edition, i had this problem where i can't see any debuffs on my enemy except mine, for example if me and another alliance are attacking a horde i can only see my debuffs on him, same goes to my pet, i can't see it's stun.

I don't really know what to do, i know in cataclysm there was an option in the interface 'show enemy debuffs' but here it isn't.

I wonder what sort of options hide in the Interface -> Buffs and debuffs options...
Or where you moved them with the addon you used to move the frames.
