WotLK Lost an item after the lag/crash whatver it was

I was killing a bloodsail mage or whatever they are called and one dropped blade of the titans and after the whole lag/crash I lost the item from my bag and my characther was moved like it was a rollback I was finally gonna change from prot to retro is there any chance I could get any help?

Items obtained in game can not be recovered if they are lost.
