Hey Guys

I bought the wrong T10 piece and put a Gem in it by accident. Instead of RET Head i bought HEALER Head (I wont use it ever)
Is there any chance to change it or destory it and add me the Frost Emblems.

We are humans and do mistakes.

Even on the retail my friend got helped out with the same Problem. I know this isnt the retail but i hope you can do it better.

Might consider having holy as ofspec, as a "refund" is highly unlikely.
You can open a ticket ingame but you alone are responsible for what you buy.

If you can't sell it back to the vendor for a refund, you won't get a refund.

Nope, won't happen. Sorry. There was in-game confirmation screen before making it un-refundable. This is why you don't blindly click yes. If you would've taken 2 seconds to check the item, this wouldn't have happened. Learn from this and move on. That's all you can do at this point.
