I installed the game about 7 months ago but I just returned to playing. I haven't had any issues AT ALL until I took a portal to dalaran from a mage so I could gain access to the multi portals to different capital cities. Now, whenever I'm in Dalaran I'm running around for about 20-30 seconds, my game crashes and says Not enough memory resources are available to process this command. I have rebooted my PC, deleted the Cache, restarted the game multiple times, and it keeps doing it. I successfully made it to the Stormwind portal and it hasn't done it since. I set my hearthstone to Dalaran and hearthed back and it is crashing again. IDK if it's a Dalaran issue or northerend issue because I'm only level 64 so I haven't actually DISCOVERED northerend yet. Does anyone have any fixes to this? or can someone at least explain what's going on?

Graphics Card: GTX 1050ti
1TB seagate HDD

So I know it's not a hardware issue, and all of my drivers are up to date. It HAS to be an in game issue or an issue with a file. Can anyone help me out? I really don't want to have to reinstall the game but that is what it's looking like I'm going to have to do unless someone has an alternative solution.

The game ONLY crashes when I'm in Dalaran. Never anywhere else.
