WotLK Escape from Durnholde quest bugged

Hi there, I'm trying to complete the Escape from Durnholde quest on the WotLK expansion. Once I kill the Epoch Hunter, Thrall becomes non-responsive and I can't continue the quest. Seeing some videos shows that after the Epoch Hunter is killed Taretha comes out and has some dialogue with Thrall, but this isn't the case in my situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
