Technical Invalid Target

If I try to use spells on targets with my Paladin such as Judgement it causes a "invalid target" warning on targets that I know are indeed valid. I also cannot access my inventory by clicking my bags I must shift+B and when they are open I cannot use any consumables via right click. I need to drag to cast bar and use with left click or keybind. As of right now unplayable please help!

Your alt might be stuck, hit alt and try again. Happens that it gets registered as always holding if you alt tab in a weird way.

This is a completely incorrect answer and doesn't help. I have a similar issue. No ones alt button gets stuck. This isn't 1999. Open a ticket and be prepared to wait hours. The GMs and server owner is completely trash. I'll be forcing them to send compensation.
