WotLK A lost password

So I have three accounts on warmane's server "Icecrown" that all have premium. (Accounts' initials erased)

Recently, you (You, as in "the server") have expired all of the accounts' passwords, reseted them and sent a new one in the inbox of the respective accounts' emails.

Unfortunately the account at hand has not originally been mine but it was given to me from a close IRL friend.
And since it belonged to my friend, it naturally has HIS email address set to the account, TO WHICH I do not have access to.

So the service I need here is to get the new, or a new, password to the account (Account's initials erased).

And for insurance of me being a rightful user, I know the old password to it.

Tried to reach support via a ticket already, but apparently it contains "illegal ...characters???"

Would be much appreciated if I was contacted vie PMs.
