Lost 2 donor accounts, over 500 coins, from Molten, is there nothing I can do?

Lost 2 accounts with every class level 80 and all between 5-6k gs
A Human Warrior name Brem was my main account and I had donated at least 200$ for him alone.
Donated for Glorenzelg on all my Melee DPS Classes, Padladin, Warrior, DK
Had donated at least one 12-24 coin item per character, mostly trinkets, DBW
I also had every class level 80 with 2 maxed professions and had about 6 alchemists for making gems daily
All of that is gone now and I have to start all over and they can't find records of any of my characters or accounts
I'm told now I missed the cutoff date in 2015 and there's really nothing they can do : / is this true?

We had a grace period where we recieved coins and free level boosting, but that was years ago. You can try emailing [email protected] but I doubt anything will happen.
