WotLK Wow client resets every time I exit the game

So yea every time I launch WoW it starts like its first time launching it (with wotlk trailer and user agreement). Also all my settings are reset. Its really kinda annoying. Anyone knows fix for this ?

right click your wow folder and uncheck read only https://imgur.com/a/uZudPsT
its checked here so uncheck it and apply
