Hi im trying to donate for several months now but seems it doesnt allows me only on this site , and i can buy online on any other.When i try to donate here it says we cant authorize your card.

Paymentwall is randomly rejecting payments. Either contact Paymentwall support or use prepaid cards like Paysafecard or Mint to donate instead if you have those payment methods available on donation window.
